Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. Her most well-known character was that of Skyler in the drama series of AMC, Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She was Jean Ward and Martha Bullock, respectively, in The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as a child as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. After that, her family relocated to Ohio and she continued her interest in the stage. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre and was also a student at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was a part of a couple of seasons in Chicago the theatre before moving to television and film. Anna got her first major part in the role of Arden as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes from 1992. The actress continued to make appearances as an actor in few TV movies and shows like Seinfeld and NYPD Blue up to the end of 90's when she appeared in a role that she reprised in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. She was cast as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons throughout the decade of 2000. Skyler was the character she played in Breaking Bad. Sully and Deadwood was also an integral the highlights of her career. Gunn was on stage for David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. She was also a part of the four-part podcast audio drama The Numbered Days series, which made available in 2022. The love story that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler is often the backbone of the narrative on Breaking Bad with the strained tension in their relationship, and its eventual demise arguably similar to the arc that was Walter White's final days of life.
